Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email the day it is shipped.
Tracking a Package
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact UPS for any updates regarding its status. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.
Returns and Exchanges
For clothing: All clothes are exchangeable. If your clothing is the wrong size, notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. We will only be accepting items in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Please email email@example.com for detailed instructions. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges. We will ship the replacement clothing back to you free of charge. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not offer any refunds.
