What is eligible for returns?
Candles and vintage vases are NOT eligible for returns. Everything else is eligible for returns unless marked otherwise.
I want to send it back
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide the return label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Les Autres.
To be eligible for a return, please send back the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label.
If the item(s) appears used, worn or without the original packaging, it is not eligible for a refund.
If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you.
All sale item(s) and discounted item(s) are Final Sale.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your shipment was lost, stolen or damaged, please reach out.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
